【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesspecificationsforsocio-acousticsurveysandsocialsurveyswhichincludequestionsonnoiseeffects(brieflyreferredtohereafteras"socialsurveys").Itsscopeincludesquestionstobeasked,responsescales,keyaspectsofconductingthesurvey,andreportingtheresults.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotprescribemethodsfortheanalysisofdataobtainedfromthesequestions.Itisrecognizedthatspecificrequirementsandprotocolsofsomesocialandsocio-acousticstudiesmaynotpermittheuseofsomeorallofthepresentspecifications.ThisTechnicalSpecificationinnowaylessensthemerit,valueorvalidityofsuchresearchstudies.ThescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationisrestrictedtosurveysconductedtoobtaininformationaboutnoiseannoyance"athome".Surveysconductedtoobtaininformationaboutnoiseannoyanceinothersituations,suchasrecreationalareas,workenvironmentsandinsidevehicles,arenotincluded.ThisTechnicalSpecificationconcernsonlythequestionsonnoiseannoyanceusedinasocialsurveyandthemostimportantadditionalspecificationsneededtoaccomplishahighlevelofcomparabilitywithotherstudies.Otherelementswhicharerequiredtoprovidehigh-qualitysocialsurveys,butwhicharenotspecificforsocialsurveysonnoise(suchassamplingmethods),canbefoundintextbooks(e.g.seereferences[1]and[2]).CompliancewiththerecommendationsofthisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotguaranteethecollectionofaccurate,preciseorreliableinformationabouttheprevalenceofnoise-inducedannoyanceanditsrelationshiptonoiseexposure.Otheraspectsofstudydesign,aswellasuncertaintiesofestimationandmeasurementofnoiseexposure,caninfluencetheinterpretabilityofsurveyfindingstoagreatextent.
