【摘要】:ThisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofHydraulicTurbines,StoragePumpsandPump-Turbinesforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(hydraulicpowerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversthefollowinghydraulicmachines:Francisturbines,Peltonturbines,Kaplanandpropellerturbines,Tubularturbines(bulb,pit,rim-generatorandS-typeunits),Pump-turbinesandStoragepumps.ThisGuideforprocurementofhydraulicmachineshasbeenpreparedtobeusedwiththeInternationalStandardIEC1366;itshould,therefore,bereadinadditionandcomplementarytotheInternationalStandard.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
