【摘要】:ThisStandardreflectsindustryexperienceandcurrentunderstandingofthequalityassurancerequirementsnecessarytoachievesafe,reliable,andefficientutilizationofnuclearenergy,andmanagementandprocessingofradioactivematerials.TheStandardfocusesontheachievementofresults,emphasizestheroleoftheindividualandlinemanagementintheachievementofquality,andfosterstheapplicationoftheserequirementsinamannerconsistentwiththerelativeimportanceoftheitemoractivity.100PURPOSEThisPartsetsforthrequirementsfortheestablishmentandexecutionofqualityassuranceprogramsduringsiting,design,construction,operation,anddecommissioningofnuclearfacilities.NonmandatoryguidanceisprovidedintheAppendicesinPartIII.200APPLICABILITYTherequirementsofPartIapplytoactivitiesthatcouldaffectthequalityofnuclearmaterialapplications,structures,systems,andcomponentsofnuclearfacilities.Examplesofnuclearfacilitiesarefacilitiesforpowergeneration,spentfuelstorage,wastemanagement,fuelreprocessing,nuclearmaterialprocessing,fuelfabrication,andotherrelatedfacilities.Activitiesincludesiting,designing,procuring,fabricating,constructing,handling,shipping,receiving,storing,cleaning,erecting,installing,inspecting,testing,operating,maintaining,repairing,refueling,modifying,anddecommissioning.TheapplicationofthisPart,orportionsthereof,shallbeinvokedbywrittencontracts,policies,procedures,specifications,orotherappropriatedocuments.
