【摘要】:ISO15156-2:2003givesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofcarbonandlowalloysteelsforserviceinequipment,usedinoilandnaturalgasproductionandnaturalgastreatmentplantsinH2S-containingenvironments,whosefailurecouldposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerials'requirementsoftheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ISO15156-2:2003addressestheresistanceofthesesteelstodamagethatmaybecausedbysulfidestress-cracking(SSC)andtherelatedphenomenaofstress-orientedhydrogen-inducedcracking(SOHIC)andsoft-zonecracking(SZC).ISO15156-2:2003alsoaddressestheresistanceofthesesteelstohydrogen-inducedcracking(HIC)anditspossibledevelopmentintostepwisecracking(SWC).ISO15156-2:2003isonlyconcernedwithcracking.Lossofmaterialbygeneral(weightloss)orlocalizedcorrosionisnotaddressed.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ISO15156-2:2003appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.Fordesignsutilizingplasticcriteria(e.g.strain-basedandlimit-statedesigns),seeISO15156-1:2001,Clause5.AnnexAlistsSSC-resistantcarbonandlowalloysteels,andA.2.4includesrequirementsfortheuseofcastirons.ISO15156-2:2003isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.
