【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsfordesign,construction,installation,maintenanceandtestingofdocklevellersandforsafetycomponentsondocklevellers.Withtheexceptionof:a)docklevellersformarineandaircraftapplications;b)liftingtables;c)vehiclemountedtaillifts.NOTE1RequirementsforliftingtablesarelaiddowninEN1570.NOTE2RequirementsforvehiclemountedtailliftsarelaiddowninEN1756-1.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletodocklevellerswhichareusedbypersonsand/ormanualorpowerdriventransportequipment(e.g.forklifttrucks)astrafficpathsbetweengoodsvehicles,bothroadvehiclesandrailwagons,andpartsofbuildingssuchasloadingdocks.ThisstandarddoesnotdealwithotherbridgingdevicesnotshowninFigure1.NOTEOnlydocklevellersfittedwithadrivesystemotherthandirectlyappliedhumaneffortaremachinesinthesenseoftheMachineryDirective.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsinordertoprotectpersonsandobjectsagainstaccidentsandhealthproblemsanddamageduringuseandoperationofdocklevellers.Personstoprotectare:a)operatorsandusers;b)maintainingandinspectingpersonnel;c)personsnearthedockleveller.Objectstobeprotectedare:d)goodsondocklevellers;e)transportequipmentondocklevellers.1.4ThesignificanthazardsofdocklevellersarelistedinClause4.ThesehazardshavebeenidentifiedbyriskassessmentaccordingtoENISO12100-2andrequireactionstoavoidthehazard,ortoreducetherisk,whicharecoveredinClause5.1.5Thesafetyrequirementsarebasedontheassumptionthatthedocklevellersareregularlymaintainedbycompetentpersonstotheinstructionsofthemanufacturerandthattheoperatingpersonhasbeeninstructedintheuseofthedockleveller.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodocklevellerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.1.7ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttodockLevellers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).
