【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestermsforthedetectionoffood-bornepathogensinfoodstuffs,andisolatesobtainedfromthem,usingthepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesrequirementsfortheamplificationanddetectionofnucleicacidsequences(DNAorRNAafterreversetranscription)byreal-timePCR.TheminimumrequirementslaiddowninthisInternationalStandardprovidethebasisforcomparableandreproducibleresultswithinindividualandbetweendifferentlaboratories.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicable,forexample,tothedetectionoffood-bornepathogensinenvironmentalsamplesandinanimalfeedingstuffs.NOTEBecauseoftherapidprogressinthisfield,theexamplesgivenarethosemostfrequentlyinuseatthetimeofdevelopmentofthisInternationalStandard.
